This NAIDOC Week, Mylestones, as part of the CPL Group affirms its commitment to creating equality and developing meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan is our organisation’s roadmap to support the national reconciliation movement and positively impact the health outcomes for First Nations people with disability.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan focuses on four key areas:

  1. Building relationships to promote reconciliation
  2. Developing new resources for employees, clients and partners
  3. Advocating for improved, culturally-relevant disability services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples;
  4. Continuing to improve education and working towards removing barriers for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
