Types of support

As a Disability Employment Services provider (DES), we support people with barriers to work, to find a job. We do this with support from the Federal Government’s JobAccess program. The JobAccess program is split into two different types of support:

  1. Employment Support Services (also known as ESS)
  2. Disability Management Services (also known as DMS)

How do you get DMS or ESS support? You’ll need to check if you’re eligible. We can help you do this, or you can contact Centrelink directly.

Employment Support Services (ESS)

Employment Support Services (ESS) are for you if you have a mental health barrier, a disability, illness or injury; need help to find a job; and will need long-term, regular support at work. If you're eligible for ESS, contact us and we'll book you in for an appointment to discuss your goals and set up a plan just for you.
